How to use Pinky Prom

Pinky Prom gives you Wren, an AI business advisor who learns your business and recommends what to do next, from your first idea to your first hires. It works best as a weekly habit: a few minutes on Monday to see Wren’s recommendations, and a two-minute check-in at the end of the week.

Get started

  1. Sign up with your email

Enter your email and we send one email with a sign-in button and a 6-digit code. Click the button in the same browser, or type the code on any device. Your 14-day free trial starts straight away, with no card needed.

  2. Tell Wren about your business

Four short screens, about two minutes: what your business does and who it’s for, where you are, your time and budget, how customers pay you, your goal and where you want the most help. Already up and running? Tick off what’s done. You can change any answer later in Profile.

  3. Read Wren’s first advice

Wren reads your answers and recommends your first three moves, the providers that fit, and asks a question or two to learn more. Reply right there in the chat.

  4. Check in every week

Start each week on Today to see what Wren recommends. End it with a two-minute check-in, and Wren adjusts its advice and next week’s focus.

Your week with Wren

The menu on the left of the app has six sections.

Today

Your home screen: Wren’s advice for the week, reminders that need you, the steps Wren recommends this week (Wren’s picks first, then the areas you asked for help with), where you are in the four phases and your key number.

Journey

Everything Wren recommends for your first 12 months, stage by stage: Set up, Launch, Grow and Scale. Open any step for why it matters, a checklist, providers who can help and your own notes.

Ask Wren

Ask anything about your business: pricing, permits, hiring, funding, marketing. Wren knows your business, your progress and your check-ins, and links providers that serve your country.

Check-in

Once a week: what moved forward, what’s in the way, one number you track, your energy and any question. Wren replies with advice and next week’s focus, and can add new recommendations to your journey.

Directory

Service providers for every step, filtered to your country: banking, payments, accounting, legal, workspace, hiring, marketing, accelerators and more. Search it, or switch on “Only what fits my plan”.

Profile

Your setup answers. Update your stage, budget or priorities as things change and your plan follows straight away. Away for illness, a holiday or caring? Pause your plan here and due dates wait for you. You can also start a new journey.

Working with a step

Open any step on Today or Journey to see its checklist and providers. Then:

Tick it off

Click the circle next to a step when it’s done.

Tailor this step

Wren rewrites the step for your business and city: what it means for you, what to do this week, who can help and what to watch out for. Uses one Wren reply.

Snooze a week

Not the right week? Move it to next week. It shows as “Snoozed” until then.

Not relevant

Doesn’t apply to you? Take it off your plan. “Put it back” undoes it.

Reminders

Monday email

Every Monday, Wren emails you what’s due that week. Turn it off on your account page.

Calendar reminders

On the Check-in page, choose “Add reminders to my calendar” for a weekly check-in reminder and your upcoming milestones.

Tips

Be specific in check-ins

Numbers, names and dates help. “Signed 2 clients at $1,500 a month, one invoice is 20 days late” gets better advice than “good week”.

Keep your profile current

When you launch, hire or raise money, update Profile. Your plan and Wren’s advice follow.

Watch for “Catch up”

Steps more than a week overdue are marked “Catch up”. Do them, snooze them or mark them not relevant so your week stays clear.

Check the important things

Wren gives general guidance. For legal, tax, employment or financial decisions, and for licensed work such as treatments, therapies, electrical, gas or plumbing, check with a licensed professional or the licensing body where you operate. Steps that need this are marked “General guidance only”.

Common questions

I didn’t get the sign-in email

Check your spam folder first. Wait a minute before asking for another, because sign-in emails are limited. Open the newest email in the same browser you used to ask for it, or type its 6-digit code instead.

How many questions can I ask Wren?

Each chat answer, tailored step, check-in reply and first note counts as one Wren reply. The trial includes 40, Starter 150 and Pro 400 every 30 days. You can see what’s left under the chat and on your account page.

What happens when my trial ends?

Choose Starter or Pro to keep going. Your plan, check-ins and conversation are kept either way.

How do I cancel or change plan?

Go to Account and choose Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Can I take a break?

Yes. Go to Profile and choose Pause my plan. Your due dates stop moving and weekly emails stop until you resume.

How do I turn off the weekly email?

Go to Account, untick “Send me a weekly email with what’s due” and save.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Account and use Delete account. It cancels any subscription and removes your plan, check-ins and conversation.
