What we store

• Your email address, used to sign you in and send Wren’s weekly email.
• Your business profile, plan progress, notes, check-ins and conversations with Wren.
• Your plan and billing status. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.
• A count of your Wren replies, used for plan limits.

Provider links

When you open a provider’s site from the app, we record which provider, where you clicked it and when. We use this to see what helps founders and, for referral links, to match referral fees. The provider receives a random click id, never your name or email. If you delete your account, these records are kept without your identity.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few anonymous actions, such as starting sign-up, finishing setup and the first check-in. It doesn’t use cookies and never receives your email, your business details or what you tell Wren.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores your account and data.
• OpenAI generates Wren’s replies. Your profile, progress and messages are sent with each request.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend delivers emails.
• Vercel hosts the site.

Your choices

Turn off weekly emails from your account page or any email’s unsubscribe link. Delete your account and all your data from your account page at any time.
